Through JVZoo: contact JVZoo customer support at customer.jvzoo.com with your transaction ID from your JVZoo receipt email; or
Through us: email with your order ID and the email used for the purchase.

3. Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

4. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the Product is revoked and the license to use the materials ends.

Refund requests made after the 60-day period are not covered by the guarantee.
